What’s this? In the NEWS?
Flow Magazine: “When you take a pretty picture, there’s no denying that you feel a sense of joy. Which is why it won’t hurt to give yourself an added boost by adding the Instagram account @sogoodineveryway to your following list. With a different insta-challenge set every week (to celebrate ‘the good’ as founder Ali Clifford @incredibusy says) it’s a boundless source of inspiration. Check out for example #sgiew_slowlived, #sgiew_hygge and #sgiew_simplicity.”
Lots of things have been happening behind the scenes at incredibusy.com
What’s in the news? Quite a few new clients and some really interesting projects for me; and two new TV video editing clients for Mr. Incredibusy – so we’ve all been a bit, you know – incred-i-busy.
It’s been a bit of a juggle, (+ now I have to cook dinner as I’m the one working from home – recipe ideas welcome to add to my meal plan pinterest board please) and I’m struggling a bit to stay on top of things, whilst still finding time for ‘myself’ – needless to say, I’m managing a weekly Pilates class, I’ve started to lift weights (not heavy, but I’m conscious that I’m a right weedy weakling, not mentioning bingo-wings as nobody will know what I’m talking about) and what-ho, even tried my first Zumba class last week! (ummm, apparently, I’m going to go again this week… will keep you posted on this!)
I’ve been reading a few blogs on slow living to try to get myself back on track, and working my way through Mel’s lovely playlist here over on geoffreyandgrace.com. Again, any suggestions welcome…
I’ve also been checking out some magazines too, so was TOTALLY delighted to find out that I’ve been featured in the wonderful FLOW magazine – and many of you who tagged me in their stories, and on my facebook page so thanks in particular to Penny instagram.com/thepennyslane for sending us the photographs of the English magazine spreads here, and to Wendy instagram.com/wendydecauwer for sending over the Dutch version too – what an amazing community #sgiew really is, totally!
Flow Magazine is all about positive psychology, mindfulness, creativity and the beauty of imperfection. Full of beautiful illustrations, and featuring @sogoodineveryway our regular instagram photography challenge too!

And it made my week, thank you!
Mollie Makes
It’s not the first time we’ve been mentioned in The PRESS; Mollie Makes have kindly featured us too. They asked Viktorija Semjonova of And Smile Studio :
“What other creative campaigns have impressed or inspired you?
I really like the #sgiew challenge which is a collaboration between Incredibusy, Red Ted Art and Willow Day. It stands for ‘So Good In Every Way’ @SoGoodInEveryWay – and the idea is to celebrate the good things in life. There are now over 35k posts on that tag and it’s a great example of Instagrammers working together to grow their audience – and introducing a different guest judge each week is a clever way to keep expanding their reach.”
Me and Orla
Another lovely instagram page, I’m sure you’ll all know is Sara Tasker’s Me and Orla.
Sara sends out regular newsletters via email, with inspiring lists of hashtags to follow, use and interact with. Many moons ago, #sgiew was lucky enough to be featured too, with Sara’s accompanying words:
Here’s your monthly update of up-and-coming and seasonal hashtags to add to your posts.
Remember to take time out to like and comment on other posts under the tag feeds too – community is key!
#sgiew stands for ‘so good in every way’ and is a weekly challenge account (@sogoodineveryway). Being featured by challenge accounts is a great way to reach a fresh audience and get inspiration.

Sounds incredibly busy in your household! I really enjoyed this catch up and I’ve got loads of accounts to look at and a magazine to go off and buy from it!
