London Design Week and the Material Matters Show
Unexpected delights for my Sustainable September feature this week – I popped along to see my friend Jim Rokos, creative director Rokos Design & founder of @DyslexicDesign. Jim was showing at Material Matters during this year’s London Design Festival.
My good friends Kate & Kathy Amazing Dyslexic are making a short film about Jim’s work, which I will share with you soon.

Material Matters Podcast
Listen to Grant Gibson chatting to Hannah and Justin Floyd, the co-creators of an intriguing material, SolidWool, on the Material Matters Podcast https://materialmatters.design delighted to hear more about Hannah’s newspaper – www.thesouthwester.co.uk
I also had a really good chat with weaver Madeja Clarke, an incredible textile artist. We discussed our obsession with vintage Welsh blankets, and I would recommend listening to her podcast with Grant too. click here.
