“During the past couple of years, Ali has been helping me, a total novice, build WAAM’s social media presence. Beginning with Facebook, she firstly advised me about creating a ‘voice’ that is suitable for our organisation. Her dedication, energy and sure-handedness were immediately very inspiring to me. Her guidance at this stage included how to navigate sensitive issues, and how to respond to comments both positive and negative.
